The Ell House is a modern farmhouse nestled on 2.5 acres with 200 feet of turquoise blue waterfront. The property sits on a small escarpment with beautiful sweeping views and water access to Lake Ontario.
The house sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms (1 king master, 2 queen guest rooms and 1 bunk room) with 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 powder). The house is located in a vibrant area of Prince Edward County; only 5 minutes from Wellington, North Beach Provincial Park, some of the best wineries and restaurants in the County and a short bike ride away from a secluded beach at the end of the street.
The house is equipped with wifi, smart tv, stove fireplace and all the amenities you would need to have a lovely comfortable stay.
